We're in search of a proactive and personable Front of House Waiter/Waitress who isn't afraid to take charge and ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that special dietary requirements are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Keep the dining area clean and organized, including setting tables and clearing dishes.
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and providing guests with a seamless dining experience.

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in our concept and a passion for good food.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work full-time during our busy season (April - end of June), with the option for part-time hours if needed.
• A positive attitude and a natural flair for hospitality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods.
