Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experience from a la carte kitchen
  • Preps and a la carte service
  • IK-mat / HACCP
  • Scandinavian or English languages
  • Must have an European passport / European citizenship
  • Educations as a chef or long time experience
  • Passion for food and minimazing food waste
  • Skills to work alone or in a team
  • No problems with learning under pressure
  • Creativity and high work ethics

Om bedriften

We are a local fish restaurant/ fish store in the center of Ålesund. We have a full a la carte menu with fresh sea food, and a large selection of handmade sushi. Our restaurant have capacity for 80 guests, over two floors. We are mainly a daytime restaurant, but in the summer season we are open in the evenings as well. We also have a catering business and our own bakery kitchen where sour dough bread is our most important product.
