About the position
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Productions and preparation for the breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Menu planning together with the head chef (primeraly 3-course)
- Keeping food waste to a minimum
- All else that qualifies as kitchen duties
Requirements:

Class B driving license

Can handle teamwork

2 years of kitchen experience (Preferably fagbrev/certificate of apprenticeship)

Can speak and write English

Basic IT knowladge

Accommodation: House shared with other staff members (max 2 others). The accommodation is located 5 min away by car. You will have your own bedroom, but share the other facilities. The cost is 1500,- nok per month + shared costs of electricity and internet.
About the company
Lyngen North is located on the Spåkenes peninsula, 3h north of Tromsø in Northern Norway. The hotel is well known for it's spectacular accommodation in glass igloos and houses by the Lyngenfjord. The onsite restaurants seat 40 persons and offers 3-course menus to accommodation guests and events.
