About the position
Beitostølen Barcraft AS are looking for 2 bartenders in a 100% position for our Bar & Restaurant in Beitostølen. We have 2 Restaurants (Cafeen and Lodge900) and 3 bars (Lobbybar, Pub, Nightclub/Afterski) in the center of Beitostølen. We are mostly looking for long time employment, but seasonal contract could be an option. We are looking for people who has min. 2 years experience from the hospitality industry. Norwegian language is not needed, but must speak English fluently. Knowledge about beers or pubs is an advantage. A position as Assistant Bar Manager could be an option if this is present. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be a good host and ambassador for the venue.
- Meet the required standards set by company when it comes to serving guest and making beverages.
- Be able to give good recommendations for dsrinks when needed.
- Handle POS system (RmsV)
- Able to do settlement after closing
- Regular bar routines when quiet: like cleaning restocking.
Requirements:
- Need to speak english fluently
- Able to work independantly and handle stress
- Min 2 years experience
- Experience with Cocktails or/and beer is a pluss
