About the position

MM Cafe & Bar Stavanger is looking for bartenders or a bar manager that has knowledge of Speedbar and cocktail bar, you have to be flexible and also helping out on the floor in the restaurant.

We see that you have experience from bar jobs before, you should be able to make a perfect Negroni :-)

• Contributing to department goals for customer satisfaction, quality and profitability
• Following up and help develop the bar concepts – at MM Cafe & Bar
• Following routines, concepts and checklists for consistently high service delivery
• Working according to the Norwegian Alcohol Act and the license to serve alcohol
• Actively contributing to a good working environment and cooperation with other departments
• Preventive fire and safety work for guests, employees and property
• All bartenders will collaborate with and fill in for each other
• The position goes according to roster and reports to Bar Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serving the guests drinks/food
• Making drinks with passion
• Be effective
• Like organizing and keeping clean

Requirements:

• You should have 1 year of experience from similar professions
• You must be a team player
• you should be fast and effective
