Responsibilities:
- Creating unforgettable dining experiences for hotel guests
- Preparation of dishes in line with profitability goals and established routines
- Daily mise en place, including lunch, conference dinners, and special events
- Ensuring compliance with food handling and hygiene standards
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, back areas, and storage
Qualifications:
- Solid professional knowledge and experience in culinary arts
- Fluency in Norwegian or English
- Good understanding of food safety standards and HSE guidelines
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
