At the far end of Aker Brygge you will find Cantonese Ling Ling by Hakkasan – a playful and luxurious restaurant concept from Hakkasan Group launched together with Fursetgruppen in 2017. The undulating signal building houses both restaurant, lounge, rooftop, outdoor dining and chambre separee. The restaurant has a futuristic look that invites you to a sensual experience with good food, drinks, mingling and memorable evenings. Do you want to become part of our team? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with a "yes" attitude who thrive in dynamic environments to strengthen our team this summer. If you find joy in bustling weekend evenings on a rooftop terrace delivering top-tier à la carte service at functions or private events, we want to hear from you! Specifically, we have openings for waitstaff, bartenders, runners and dessert chefs. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience within the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work cohesively as part of a dedicated team
- Availability during evenings and weekends
Requirements for these roles include:
- A Norwegian D-number or personal number
- Proficiency in English
- A responsible work ethic coupled with dedication to your craft
- A team player mentality where collaboration is second nature

The striking, wave shaped building contains the restaurant, lounge, chambre separee, outdoor seating and rooftop terrace. The futuristic, sculptural design of the restaurant draws guests in with the promise of great food, drinks, socialising and evenings to remember. Our experienced Ling Ling chefs deliver seasonal menus offering a mix of signature Hakkasan dishes and new Cantonese plates, using the very best seasonal Norwegian ingredients. Hovering at the edge of the Oslo Fjord waterfront in the beautiful, bustling heart of the city centre, the restaurant’s glass walls bring the outside in.
