Breddos Oslo is looking for a Head Chef!

We are widely recognised at the best Mexican restaurant in Oslo having won a number of awards and plaudits for our ingredient led, Mexican cuisine.

After three years our current head chef is leaving us and now we are looking for a new leader to take the helm at our 40+ cover Mathallen restaurant.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen organisation / day to day management
  • Schedules
  • Inventory management
  • creative input into menus
  • management of people and prep

  • Similar position in another restaurant

Om bedriften

Breddos was founded by Nud and Chris in 2011 in a makeshift car park taco shack in Hackney, East London. Since then, we’ve gone on to do residencies and pop-ups around the world, written a cook book, had a couple of cook-offs at LA’s Tacolandia festival and found a permanent home for ourselves in Clerkenwell, London, alongside a couple of kiosk sites at Swingers City, Swingers West End, Flat Iron Square in Bermondsey and Goods Way in Kings Cross. Our food is influenced by the hundreds of roadside taquerias and restaurants we have encountered on our travels throughout America and Mexico, whilst utilising the best local produce we can find, from passionate producers. We are also the founders of Madre in Liverpool and since 2019, have opened two breddos Taquerias in Oslo, Norway.
