About the position

Working at our events catering for companies and private customers, We offer both a food truck and other mobile pizzeria set ups . Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Assists as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize guests experience. • Sets up and breaks down of mobile pizzeria both tent set up, food truck  and indoor electric ovens set up ( heavy lifting required) • Occasional driving to events with trailer • Opening and closing food truck locations, including Liserberg camping on Askim • Operating sales via Izettle • Food prep :  Making dough, toppings & Salads • Cleaning of equipment & kitchen • Assists other catering staff as needed to optimize the guests’ dining experience. • Reports any unsafe condition, unsafe act, accidents and/or injuries to the manager • Correctly completes closing duties at the end of each event. Requirements: Experience working in the kitchen Driving Licence Must be located in Gothenburge Swedish and English
