About the position
THE GREATER OSLO AREA & EAST NORWAY If you enjoy providing service that meets and exceeds expectations, and have a desire to join a hotel- and restaurant team, you may find that opportunity with us. We have vacancies across various departments and disciplines. At the moment we are looking for:
Sous Chèf Sous Chefs to be the right hand of the Head Chefs, where you and the rest of the team will deliver high-quality gastronomic dining experiences to our guests.
Chefs Plan, prepare food and present the food in an appealing way. Plan menus, purchases, fixtures, etc. together with the team in the kitchen.
Qualifications: Certificate as a chef or experience from similar work Good knowledge of food and beverages Can refer to results from similar position Must be able to understand and speak English and / or a Scandinavian language
Personal characteristics: Quality-conscious and places high demands on service delivery Passionate about food Updated on food and beverage trends Ability to cope with a sometimes high work pressure Structured and detail-oriented Ability to create motivation and enthusiasm Enjoys working in teams and is driven by playing other good
