Chef

About the position

Chef opportunity in the Norwegian Mountains.

We are looking for a friendly and flexible chef to work with us in Trysil for 4 weeks in November/December. We will be working with seminar groups and will be serving lunch and dinner 5-7 days a week. We are looking for someone with canteen experience who is good a estimating portions and can be flexible. You do not need to be a skilled a la carte chef, and attitude and friendliness is most important to us.

You will be working closely with our event team and managers, that will take care of the the guest experience, ordering and picking up stuff.

We primarily want someone that can make classic Norwegian food (husmannskost) like kjøttkaker, soups, vaffler and kanelboller.

We provide hotel accommodation for the whole period. Chance to work 5 days a week in week 47 (13.11 - 17.11) and 7 days a week in week 48,49 and 50 (04.12 - 17.12) mainly daytime.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
