We are looking for a talented Pizzaiolo to join our team at restaurant Lodge900 in Beitostølen. Lodge900 is an italian-style restaurant situated in the center of Beitostølen, next to the slopes and we offer ski in- ski out. You can get more info about our venue and menu by visiting our website: www.barcraft.no. The position is Pizzaiolo, but you are expected to help in other areas of the kitchen when needed. We are looking for someone is independant but also work good in a team. It is also expected that you contribute to the development of the menu and concept for Lodge900. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pizza station: prepp, doug, baking, cleaning etc..
• Make sure that pizzas always are up to the companies standard.
• Actively contribute to developing menu/pizzas.
• Maintain good communications with rest of the team.
• Knowledge about HACCP

Requirements:

• Experience with italian style pizza.
• Have knowledge of other stations in the kitchen and be able to contribute at other stations if necessary.
• Min 20 years old.
• Good communication skills.
• Can work indepandantly but also in a team.
• Can work in a structured manner and have control at his station
• Good english knowledge, both in writing and vocal.
• Able to work under pressure.
