Description: Are you a passionate chef with a flair for creating mouthwatering dishes and a talent for managing a thriving food business? Look no further! Swedish Kebab Mafia, a popular food truck in the heart of Tønsberg, is expanding to a fantastic location in Larvik, and we're seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Chef & Manager to join our team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a diverse and delicious menu, focusing on kebabs and related dishes, using fresh, local ingredients
• Manage daily food truck operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and quality control
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistent taste and presentation
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of customer service
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the food truck and attract new customers
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements:

• Passion for creating delicious food and a dedication to outstanding customer service
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication abilities, both with staff and customers
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Prior experience in managing a restaurant or food truck operation is an advantage,
• Having 'etablererprøven' is an advantage
