Job Opportunity: Four Full-Time Positions in a Stunning Fjord Setting (April 1, 2025 – October 1, 2025)

We are looking for four enthusiastic individuals to join our full-time team in one of Norway's most

beautiful locations. Starting from April 1, 2025, until October 1, 2025, you'll have the

opportunity to work in a unique and rewarding environment, surrounded by breathtaking

landscapes.

1. Kitchen Manager 2. Kitchen Assistant 3. Bar/Restaurant Manager 4. Bar/Service Staff

About the Roles

1. Kitchen Manager As the leader of our kitchen team, you’ll ensure that menus and dishes meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning menus and managing inventory.
• Preparing meals and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Organizing tasks within the kitchen team.
• Collaborating with other departments to create an exceptional guest experience.

2. Kitchen Assistant Support the kitchen manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your tasks include:

• Preparing ingredients and assisting in cooking.
• Cleaning and organizing the kitchen.
• Managing stock and supplies.

3. Bar/Restaurant Manager Create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the bar and restaurant while leading the service team. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing the drink menu and overseeing offerings.
• Managing bar and service staff.
• Providing excellent guest service and handling issues promptly.
• Overseeing cash handling and cleaning routines.

4. Bar/Service Staff Be the friendly face our guests interact with and ensure they have a fantastic experience. Your tasks include:

• Serving food and drinks with a smile.
• Preparing beverages at the bar.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dining and bar areas.
• Assisting guests with their requests and questions.

Shared Responsibilities

All team members will also contribute to:

• Cleaning guest rooms and facilities.
• Maintaining outdoor areas.
• Providing exceptional hosting for our guests.

Accommodation Options

• Stay in a caravan on our grounds.
• Rent housing in the nearby village of Sæbø (we can assist you in finding accommodation).
• Commute from Ørsta or Volda if you have access to a car (we’ll help explore housing options in these areas as well).
