Roze Gastro is seeking two passionate and dedicated Restaurant Managers (Hovmester) to join our team! We offer full-time (100%) positions starting on July 1, 2025. Be part of an exciting journey in a casual fine dining environment where culinary excellence meets a warm atmosphere.
🔍 What We Look For
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Experience in managing restaurant operations and staff, as well as general manager/ daglig leder
- Ability to create a welcoming environment for guests
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Norwegian is a big plus
- A genuine interest in seasonal ingredients and giving memorable experiences
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role
🎯 Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Lead and train staff members to provide outstanding service
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest interactions with professionalism
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to align service with our seasonal menu
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and ordering processes to maintain stock levels
- Develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
