About the position

We are currently seeking a Waiter to start ASAP, for a 100% contract position. We are looking for a candidate who embodies a passion for providing exceptional service, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and working collaboratively with our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanour that enhances the overall dining ambiance. Responsibilities:
- Create an unforgettable overall dining experience for our guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure cleanliness and freshness of the restaurant, back areas, and storage
- Lead by example in operations and perform tasks alongside other staff
- Collaborate with different departments for upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Three years experience as a la carte waiter
- Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry
- Ability to handle payments and manage the cash register
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on guest satisfaction
