Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maître D' or in a similar hospitality role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (Any Scandinavian fluency is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
