About the position

SOUS CHEF/ leader position We are wanting to strengthen our team. This is an all year position.

  • Must have relevant experience, and be able to run and influence kitchen.

We have a good work environment and are a busy bistro style restaurant. We have a small seasonal a la carte and also a neopolitan pizza section. The food is modern Scandinavian / mediteranean.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility when needed
  • maintain and improve standards
  • be able to run kitchen as a leader

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN LEADER POSITION
  • be a team player
  • have relevant experience
  • be non-conflict
  • be competent in all areas of the kitchen

About the company

We are a busy bistro style restaurant, with a small a la carte menu based on the season, and a pizza section with Neapolitan style pizzas. the restaurant is open all year but closed 2 weeks at xmas. the job includes gym membership among other benefits. this is a good job with good people and we work hard to make enviroment positive for all. we need a skilled -experienced person that can control the kitchen.
