About the position
SOUS CHEF/ leader position We are wanting to strengthen our team. This is an all year position.
- Must have relevant experience, and be able to run and influence kitchen.
We have a good work environment and are a busy bistro style restaurant. We have a small seasonal a la carte and also a neopolitan pizza section. The food is modern Scandinavian / mediteranean.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility when needed
- maintain and improve standards
- be able to run kitchen as a leader
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN LEADER POSITION
- be a team player
- have relevant experience
- be non-conflict
- be competent in all areas of the kitchen

We are a busy bistro style restaurant, with a small a la carte menu based on the season, and a pizza section with Neapolitan style pizzas. the restaurant is open all year but closed 2 weeks at xmas. the job includes gym membership among other benefits. this is a good job with good people and we work hard to make enviroment positive for all. we need a skilled -experienced person that can control the kitchen.
