About the company
Foodflirt AS is the ownership company of restaurants ASIA, Frenchie Solli plass and Frenchie Middelthunet. Behind Foodflirt is Drueklasen, a company that have started and established several successful restaurants: Olivia, Åpenbar and Druen. We have long experience from the restaurant industry and are very active and engaged in the restaurants.

Frenchie Solli plass opened in August 2020 and has already been established as a very popular local bistro in the area and in the restaurant scene in Oslo. Frenchie is a “Boundless bistro” where we play with flavors, ingredients, and interior to create a lively ambience for guests and employees. The restaurant includes 110 seats inside and over 100 outside during summer season.
Sustainability
In all our restaurants we have a great passion to treat our environment and surroundings with great care and to always strive to be as sustainable as possible. This is reflected in our choice of suppliers, products and how we prepare and serve our food and drinks. We want to avoid and reduce waste, reduce our carbon footprint, and offer food that have been produced in a responsible way. All our dishes are labeled with their carbon footprint, as a part of being transparent and offer information on our products. At all restaurants we also offer a great selection of plant based options.
